His royal highness Dr Abubakar Bambado ,seriki Fulani of Lagos state have called the arewa community Leaders to be pro active and accountable to their people in service delivery .
Dr Bambado gave the advise during the courtesy call of the arewa community at his palace, Surulere ,Lagos state on Sunday .
Engr Saadu Yusuf , chairman arewa community APC and his executive across the local government have earlier paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman Board of Trustee Alhaji Dandanma Yabo at his office in kosofe before embarking on a journey to the palace of the seiki Fulani , Engr Saadu stated the reason behind their visit to the Leaders and the monarch, according to him ;
” The essences of these visit is to appreciate the royal stool for their support during the struggle for Leadership, pre election and post election In February 25th and March 18th respectively , we are extremely grateful for their financial, physical and moral support in uniting our people to be able to deliver in the election , also we want to seek fatherly advise to forge forward as election is over “.
Hrh Dr Bambado, urged the arewa community chairman, to always trend on the path of trust and tranquility as he is know with , he also advised him to always carry his people along because they are product of electoral victories in the state , he also congratulated them for unify victorious delivery in the just concluded general election, he urged them to continue in one good spirit ,
” We ( palace ) are just here to guide you and make sure you are on the right path , we can not interfere in the affair of politics in the arewa community APC in Lagos state ; we are proud of your hard work during the election, as you have made us proud but please Let that unity continue in one spirit as we look ahead for a better things ” .
The Seriki also assured the women that no stone will be kept unturn as he make sure everyone have a sense of belonging in the new dawn of Engr Saadu Yusuf Leadership .
Meanwhile, the Sultan of Shuwa Arab Emirates in Lagos , Hrh Umar Gulumba also appreciated the Arewa council of chiefs in Lagos state and south west under the Leadership of Hrh Dr Abubakar Bambado and Hrh Dr Dogara Aminu seriki hausawa , he also urged the arewa community APC to be united in their one accord , as the have being able to take it to a greater height , he also appealed that the Shuwa should be well involved in the affairs of all arewa activities both politically and culturally .
Also , the wakiri Nupe of Lagos state , Jubril Mogaji in his remarked advised the community to be more staedfast and continue to live united a one family, he also assured them to me more accessible in anytime his advise is needed .
Hence , Hajiya Asabe , a member of the BoT appreciated the Seriki on his concern for the women in Arewa community, also assured him that all arewa women in Lagos state have already thrown their weight behind their chairman , Engr Saadu Yusuf and his executive, at different local government area .
Prayer session was rendered at the palace for peace , unity and also a safety return from the lesser Hajj in ummurah , Saudi Arabia
