Sanwo-Olu Kickstarts First-100-Days-in-Office Celebration
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has unveiled week-long activities to mark his 100 days in office celebration, assuring residents of his plan to introduce policies that improve standard of living in the state.
The governor, in the list released through the office of the Chief of Staff, disclosed that commissioning of projects in health and other critical sectors would characterize the week-long activities.
In the list released, Sanwo-Olu would on Tuesday (today) commission the Newly Rehabilitated Maternal and Child Centre in Ajah, aimed at reducing maternal and child mortality in the state.
Also on Wednesday, the governor would be inaugurating unveil the Alhaji Lateef Jakande Garden, Igando, to assist residents of Alimosho and Ojo Local Governments venue for recreation and relaxation.
In a bid to boost security, Sanwo-Olu would next day handover 120 Patrol Vehicles and 35 Motorcycles to security operatives in Lagos State.
Also on Thursday, he would be commissioning a Resource Centre at Olusosun Landfill site in Ojota, a place that was once known for dumping of refuse in Lagos.
Meanwhile on Friday, the celebration would reach crescendo with Special Jummah Service and others.
