Leading aspirant for the Lagos State House of Assembly on the platform of the All Progressives Congress for Agege Constituency 02, Hon. Abeeb Aileru has advised Agege residents whose properties were affected by various construction works going on in the area by the Lagos State Government to visit without delay, the Lagos Lands Bureau, Governor’s Office in Alausa.
Aileru who was speaking based on information released by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Urban Development, Yetunde Onabule, said those property owners should go to the Lands Bureau, Governor’s Office, Block 13 & 14, The Secretariat, ikeja, Lagos, between 10.00am – 4.00pm from Friday, May 4, 2018.
He said “They are to visit there with their title documents or any other documents evidencing ownership of properties, valid identification, 4 passport photograph and other details of affected properties which must include Bank details and Verification Number (BVN) to facilitate prompt payment.
“We enjoined our people to seize this opportunity as soon as possible in order to get commensurate compensation for this own sacrifice towards the development of Agege.” He counselled.
Recall that a number of private properties were demolished to have way for various development projects going on around Lagos, particularly Agege where a massive flyover bridge is being constructed by the Akinwunmi Ambode administration.
