Over 2000 PVCs Seized from Foreigners in Lagos

There were fears in Lagos yesterday over high volume of foreigners holding Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC). This is just as INEC disclosed that 1.5m PVCs had not been collected. Lagos State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Sam Olumekun, at a stakeholders’ meeting, said the total number of registered voters, including 700,000 newly registered voters, stood at 6,609,115. The popular BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) will from next year be assembled in Lagos. This was revealed on Tuesday by the management of Primero Transport Services Limited, operators of the transport system.
